Happy Horizons Children's Ranch

Since I was five years old, my mother would always asked me “Rich (or Ten ax), what would you like to become when you grow up?” And my answer always to her question was “Well, I really want to become a military, Mom!” But now that God has took her away from us and there is no one that I could confide with. But the words that she always told me, “Go for it! And don’t ever get discouraged in school!” would always be in my heart.

            And the saying that says “Never settle for less than you best” really changed my ambition in life. Not just to become a military, but a military leader. And that someday would manage a corps and be doing great things. And now I am working hard to achieve those dreams.

            And I am praying that God would grant those dreams as one of the best plans for my future. I know that God wanted me to become a human leader and He brought me to this place. HHCR is a place of metamorphosis! And that is what I would like to become – the future me!

Me, I wanted to be just like Ma’am Sarah because she treated everyone of us kindly and for sure she loved us all. She even wants us to learn everythin. She also taught us to e respectful to everyone. I loved her also, cause she is a good Christian person. I wanted to be just like her, a follower of Christ. She is our Christian model.

The Future Me
          I choose this article because I’m worried about my tomorrow awhile ago, but now I realize what God wants me to be in the future. Ten yers from now, I’m gonna teach children how to read and write, especially about God. I’m gonna feed those people who are spiritually hungry for God’s Word and while I’m teaching the kids, I’m gonna do soul winning at them too. Tell them stories about God’s goodness.
           IF God will make me wealthy, and I believe He will, I’m gonna give shelter and fppd to the poor kids on the streets. I will transfer them to the most wonderful orphanage Ive ever stayed, the Happy Horizons Children’s Ranch. Because I believe that the Happy Horizons Children’s Ranch is a better place to be safe and secure. I really felt sorry for the kids who slept at the street and begged for food at the people passing by. I want them to feel the way I feel. I mean I wanted them to stay at a peaceful place and to be happy. To know the Lord more and more.
          If the Lord will bless me more, and I have faith in my heart that someday when I am responsible enough, I will build a Christian school for those poor kids who didn’t want to school because their parents can’t afford it and even if they can’t affor it, I will still them them study for free because I believe that he will supply my every needs daily like what He did to Dwight L. Moody. I really thank God for the blessings that He is
going to give me.
