Nancy and I are currently in the US for a short itineration. We are visiting churches presenting HHCR and the needs of children in the Philippines. This month we are in New England and head for the West for October and November. We are grateful for such an efficient staff. We know that everything is in good hands. Wow what a wonderful blessing to have thirteen friends from Burlington, IA, First AOG, visit HHCR this last month. They contributed to medical outreaches, ministering to over 600 children and adults in a two day event. The young people gathered for youth night event led by Shane and the HHCR kids band and worship group. This week was a time of tragedy and triumph. The triumph was the birth of a baby to one of our former girls. Her husband was at her side and she had a beautiful baby boy. Unfortunately, this morning we received a call that the baby of one of our former girls, in ICU at a government hospital did not make it through the night.
